Hi Conner, This is great work! You have been very clear about this things that we can and can't control. It is a great way to be thinking at the moment as it is easy to get really worried about things we can do nothing about. It is greathowever when we can feel good about all the things we have got control over and that we do well! What have you been doing to keep busy during the lockdown?

Hi Connor,
ReplyDeleteYou've obviously really thought about what you have added to the table on page 2 of these slides - well done!
I particularly liked the stuff in the middle column, especially being kind and controlling your anger. It is really important to think about the other people in our "bubble" during this stressful time, and to be kind to them.
Putting your thoughts in a table like this is a great way to record how you are feeling, and you might want to try posting a video next time.
Keep up the good work.
